No Gmail connected? No problem — invoices and estimates still send automatically from Umano AI on your behalf, with replies going straight to your account email. Connect Gmail only if you'd rather send from your own Gmail inbox.
Connecting Gmail also brings replies into the Messages inbox. Connected before today? Disconnect and reconnect once to grant read access.

These are the texts your team can send to customers. Use placeholders and the app fills them in automatically: {name}, {company}, {eta}, {invoice}, {amount}, {paymentUrl}, {reviewLink}.
"My phone" opens your Messages app so texts send from your own number (free). On iPad you'll be offered both. Automatic reminders always use the app.
Automatic payment reminders (email)

When enabled, the system automatically emails customers about overdue, unpaid invoices on the schedule below — and stops as soon as an invoice is marked Paid. Requires the server email + reminder schedule to be set up by the developer.
